With this ukulele, everything seems very classic and familiar at first, but the appearance is cloudy.
The top of the instrument is a very special kind of cedar from North America, which is colloquially called pencil cedar, whereby this wood has proven itself as an extremely high quality and sonically hardly surpassed tonewood.
To match, a wood was chosen for the back and sides, which looks very similar to Indian rosewood, but is very close to ebony in terms of density. This instrument looks very well known, but thanks to its inconspicuous advantages it offers a very dynamic, versatile, open and loud tone.
Apart from the unique choice of wood, this instrument is decorated with tuners that are only available from "Ziegenspeck". These exclusive machine heads are hand-made in Germany and in this design are only used on Ziegenspeck ukuleles.
The body and the neck of the ukulele are lacquered with a nitro-cellulose varnish. This has a very nice naturaly feel and can be comfortably gripped for a long time.
The instrument will be handed over to the future owner in a high-quality case.
This has a badge, which was made from the same wood as the instrument in the case.
